Welcome to PBS4

Supervision built with privacy in mind for practitioners.

Most companies offer supervision internally. On the surface, that looks practical. But here’s the problem: when the person tasked with nurturing your growth is also tied to your performance reviews or hitting your billings for the week… that overlap doesn’t just feel uncomfortable for you — it’s an ethical dilemma.

Supervision requires independence and . A place where practitioners can reflect openly, admit mistakes, and explore new approaches in private. That’s the space PBS4 was built to provide.

Welcome to PBS4, a wellness and support platform devoted to PBS practitioners, like you, to support your needs.

As a PBS Practitioner, you spend your days improving the lives of others through your work – now it’s time to bring those positive strategies home to yourself.

Bridget understands the unique challenges you face. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, lost, tired or burnt out - you’re not alone, and you’ve come to the right place. A place sometimes you can’t navigate where you work.

Bridget is here to remind you that caring for yourself is not selfish but essential for maintaining your resilience. This is your time. Your needs. Your quality of life.

Book in a session to receive care for you, not just your participants.

Invest in your own quality of life, because guess what - you matter too

Bridget will support you to apply the same principles of Positive Behaviour Support to your own life. By fostering your personal well-being, she will help you reduce stress and prevent burnout so you can continue making a difference sustainably. Research shows that engaging in self-care strategies reduces stress and predicts lower burnout levels – meaning that taking care of yourself with Bridget’s guidance won’t just benefit you, but also the people you support. This isn’t about strategies for others - this is about YOU.

The Meaning Behind The Logo

The butterfly in our logo is more than just a design — it’s a symbol of the soul, transformation, and resilience. Inspired by Psyche, the goddess of the soul in Greek mythology, it represents the journey every Behaviour Support Practitioner takes: facing trials, navigating challenges, and emerging stronger. Psyche’s wings remind us that even in the hardest seasons, we carry within us the capacity to grow, transform, and rise again.

The word psyche also forms the root of psychology — the study of the mind and behaviour. This link beautifully bridges our profession with its deeper purpose: caring for both the minds and souls of others, while remembering to nurture our own.

By choosing this symbol, PBS4PBS honours the inner journey of practitioners — one of endurance, metamorphosis, and balance. Just as the butterfly moves between earth and sky, so too do we move between our professional responsibilities and our own humanity. The logo is a daily reminder: your soul, your growth, and your wellbeing are worth protecting.

“I have felt so much more capable and calm knowing I have someone else to connect with who ‘get’s it’. Bridget has been unbelievably supportive in a way that’s kind and real.”
